Job description:
We’re seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for Codeno, our cutting-edge digital transformation platform. Codeno helps industry to optimize operations, streamline processes, and drive growth. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a B2B marketing professional with experience in tech or SaaS, who’s passionate about promoting impactful, innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and product positioning across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare.
- Create and manage engaging content across web, blog, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and event materials tailored to different buyer personas.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to reach decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate Codeno’s presence at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, and support post-event engagement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance, report on ROI, and refine marketing efforts.
- Improve and manage internal marketing systems and tools to support campaign execution and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and value-driven content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and adapt campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and genuinely interested in digital transformation and enterprise technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content across multiple formats (blogs, case studies) and adapting messaging to different stages of the buyer journey.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to incorporate SEO into content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot for campaign performance monitoring.
- Experience organizing and executing event marketing (physical or virtual) including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Background in SaaS marketing, enterprise solutions, or digitalization platforms is a plus.

C/C++ Developer for IoT Products
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled C/C++ Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications and firmware for IoT products across various microcontroller platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and extensive experience with different microcontrollers, including but not limited to the ESP32. You will be responsible for creating robust, scalable, and efficient code that meets our high standards of quality and performance. This role involves working on both consumer and industrial IoT applications.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop firmware for various microcontroller-based devices
Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware components
Optimize code for performance and power consumption
Develop and implement new features and functionalities
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to firmware and hardware
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help others develop through feedback
Learn from constructive feedback and continuously improve your own skills
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the firmware and related processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in developing firmware for various microcontroller platforms (e.g., ESP32, STM32, Microchip MCUs, Arduino)
Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with development frameworks such as ESP-IDF, STM32Cube, MPLAB, etc.
Experience with wireless communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, BLE, Radio
Strong understanding of embedded systems design and RTOS
Familiarity with hardware design and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, CoAP, and other IoT communication protocols
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with additional development platforms and microcontrollers
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Experience with C#, Java, or other high-level programming languages is considered an advantage
Experience in programming CNC machines, or other industrial machinery is considered an advantage
